Greene, MD, FACOG, of Rosa Gynecology, for her outstanding contributions to women’s healthcare and her longstanding dedication to patient education, preventive care, and advanced gynecologic treatment. Dr. Greene received both her undergraduate and medical degrees from Duke University before completing her residency at the Medical College of Georgia in 1996, where she was honored as Intern of the Year in 1993 by faculty and senior residents. Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Greene has devoted decades to providing compassionate, high-quality care to women throughout every stage of life.

Since joining Rosa Gynecology in 1996, Dr. Greene has established herself as a trusted leader in gynecologic care, previously practicing obstetrics and delivering babies until transitioning to a fully gynecology-focused practice between 2016 and 2018. Her expertise includes menopause management, hormone therapy, preventive women’s healthcare, and minimally invasive surgical procedures. Dr. Greene is highly proficient in laparoscopy, operative hysteroscopy, urogynecological procedures, and robotic-assisted surgery using the da Vinci Surgical System. Dedicated to remaining at the forefront of her field, she has completed advanced continuing medical education programs, including Advanced Laparoscopic Gynecological Surgery – A Hands-on Course and the OBNET Clinical and Risk Management Workshop. She is also an active member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Widely respected throughout her community, Dr. Greene is passionate about empowering women through education and advocacy. She frequently speaks at local churches on menopause and women’s health topics, addresses high school students regarding birth control and sexual health education, and participates in outreach programs with organizations such as 100 Black Women of South Metro. Her commitment to excellence has earned her recognition as Atlanta Top Doctor in 2024 and 2025, as well as Best Women’s Health Practice in Peachtree City for 2024 and 2025, with continued recognition into 2026. Through her leadership, expertise, and dedication to patient-centered care, Dr. Greene continues to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of women across Georgia.
